Job Summary

Lead the Strategy & Transformation team in Pandora’s Digital & Technology organization, shaping digital strategy and translating strategic ambitions into execution. You’ll set priorities, evolve the operating model, and drive enterprise-wide transformation, including AI adoption. In a hands-on leadership role for a team of five, you’ll build capabilities, facilitate leadership discussions and workshops, create executive materials, and partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment and lasting change.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Strategy & Transformation team, setting priorities and building capabilities across strategy development, transformation, and leadership engagement.
•Develop and evolve Digital & Technology’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s enterprise strategy and business ambitions.
•Translate strategic ambition into priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes embedded into planning, portfolio management, and execution.
•Frame, shape, and execute cross-functional D&T strategic projects, defining engagement models, governance, and success measures.
•Drive organizational change and transformation capability, champion programmes (including AI adoption), and own strategic communication to ensure alignment and change adoption.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, or enterprise change, ideally combining management consulting with leadership experience.
•Experience leading high-performing teams and developing professionals.
•Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and structured decision-making.
•Demonstrated experience leading organization-wide transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
•Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear narratives.
