Key Requirements

  • •Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have completed at least one year of study.
  • •Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible if they plan to continue with a Master’s degree and were enrolled in the most recent school term.
  • •Have past internship experience related to bridge design, rating, and/or inspection projects for local state and county clients.
  • •Have coursework in structural engineering (e.g., steel design, concrete design, structural analysis).
  • •Be familiar with engineering software such as AutoCAD and/or Bentley MicroStation, and have strong communication skills.
