Build AI-native systems for an AI Neobank app, turning manual workflows into reliable, production-grade automation. Create AI agents and copilots using LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails to improve onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and operations. Partner with product and engineering teams to ship quickly, balancing accuracy, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what to build, then ship and iterate in production.
•Design around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build and ship working AI systems in production.
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, and automation workflows (including copilots or AI-enabled tools).
•Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript (or similar practical stack).
•Good judgment on what should be automated versus left manual.
•Ability to test quality and improve reliability over time.
