Key Responsibilities

•Lead Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll and taxation delivery within consulting engagements.
•Provide expert functional guidance across Oracle Cloud HCM modules and end-to-end HR processes.
•Architect and transform Oracle Cloud HCM solutions based on client needs.
•Plan and direct product selection assessments and prepare design proposals reflecting cost, time, and alternatives.
•Lead the design and development of at least one HCM asset/accelerator/differentiator and estimate using models/methodologies.

Key Requirements

•8+ years implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
•Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end HR business flows.
•Functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Global HR and UK Payroll.
•Participated in 2+ full lifecycle implementation projects as the Oracle Cloud HCM owner for UK payroll and taxation.
•Ability to architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformation and present solutions to clients/prospects.
