Key Responsibilities

  • •Discover treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants and their service providers.
  • •Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories for product outcomes.
  • •Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth.
  • •Conduct competitor analysis on product offering, functionality, and pricing to inform roadmap development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with treasury products such as FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
  • •Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks, including treasury management and asset management, or experience scaling fintechs.
  • •Familiarity with fintech treasury management systems and cash management solutions such as money market funds, deposit optimisation, and cash pooling.
  • •Multiple years of product-building experience in a hands-on product or operations leadership role.
  • •Ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications, build roadmaps, and execute product strategies involving financial systems or regulations.
