Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead practice growth by developing strategies for business development, talent management, and delivery; build reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and case studies.
  • •Define the practice vision aligned to the Palantir partnership roadmap; provide end-to-end accountability across sales support, recruiting, client accounts, and operational excellence.
  • •Mentor and build a team of forward-deployed leaders and practitioners; lead recruiting, onboarding, and development toward Palantir certifications.
  • •Manage engagement risk and economics, including planning, budgeting, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring delivery of clear, measurable deliverables.
  • •Guide solution design of ontologies, pipelines, and applications; support pre-sales with technical insight and collaborate with internal teams, Palantir, and clients to deliver cohesive solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of leadership experience with a track record of 10+ years in consulting/professional services.
  • •Experience managing a business line and P&L, ideally launching or scaling a practice or platform-centric service line.
  • •Proven ability delivering client engagements on Foundry, Gotham, and/or AIP, including ontology design, pipeline/application development, and operational deployment.
  • •Familiarity with embedded, pod-based delivery models for rapid prototyping and production shipping.
  • •Experience managing senior teams (forward-deployed engineers/strategists/software engineers) and driving development and performance.
