Lead Ledger's global e-commerce strategy and P&L for the Direct-to-Consumer business. Own revenue, growth, and optimization across international markets, coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech, data) to drive performance, localization, and affiliate network expansion, with a strong emphasis on CRO and market insight.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global e-commerce strategy, optimize the user journey, and drive D2C growth across international markets.
•Delivery of Revenue and Growth: Be accountable for overall sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation of the Ledger e-commerce site globally.
•Organizational Leadership: Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, tech and data teams with a General Manager mindset.
•Commercial Management: Directly manage the team developing Ledger’s affiliate network and manage relationships and content with our affiliates worldwide.
•Fierce Operational Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize the funnel and maximize website performance to convert traffic into sales.

Key Requirements

•Strong quantitative and strategic commercial acumen with experience in pricing, inventory management, upsell/cross-sell, and international market considerations.
•10+ years of experience in General Manager–like roles, able to understand strategy, product, go-to-market, and operations to drive P&L success.
•Global e-commerce experience with a track record of leading large-scale, high-volume D2C sales.
•Delivery and operational excellence in running an e-commerce site with strong CRO, engagement, and conversion performance.
•Quantitative, results-oriented mindset with deep analytics of e-commerce metrics and performance marketing; able to influence across a matrix organization.
