Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate learning velocity by ensuring partner/stakeholder learning needs are met with high-quality decisions benefiting customers and the business.
  • •Guide the team to build cumulative user intelligence, create and maintain research programs, and support continuous discovery and rapid testing.
  • •Define and drive experience measurement and research prioritization models, using human-centered research methods and AI skills.
  • •Lead and manage a team of user intelligence analysts/researchers, including hiring, goal-setting, coaching, performance management, and compensation decisions.
  • •Collaborate with senior CDX leaders and cross-functional partners to coordinate strategies, priorities, and resources across business, design, product, and engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 269,600 - 307,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years in User Experience Research, Data Science, Customer Experience, or Product Management.
  • •At least 3 years aggregating, collecting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • •At least 2 years managing researchers, analysts, or data scientists.
  • •Experience developing AI-enabled continuous discovery tools or programs (preferred).
  • •Exceptional communication skills; ability to influence senior executives (preferred).
