Job Summary

Monitor and support client endpoint security services as an entry-level EDR Analyst. You’ll maintain firewall infrastructures, handle standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests, and ensure SLAs are met with zero missed conditions. Provide front-line support via ITSM tickets, telephonic/chat support, follow shift handover procedures, and update knowledge articles. Help optimize workflows through automation and contribute to disaster recovery functions and testing when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, investigating problems and errors quickly to help meet SLAs with zero missed conditions.
•Provide front-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests via telephonic support, ITSM tickets, or chat.
•Schedule maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes to proactively manage and optimize workflows.
•Follow shift handover procedures for service continuity and maintain knowledge articles, creating or updating them as needed.
•Identify opportunities to optimize work through automation of requests and incident resolution, and participate in disaster recovery functions and tests.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level experience troubleshooting and supporting security, network, data centre, systems, or storage administration and monitoring in an ICT organization.
•Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Strong active listening skills (paraphrasing, probing for details) and disciplined ticket handling in line with defined SOPs.
•Ability to resolve incidents and requests using available knowledge articles and SOPs, and a good understanding of ITSM tools.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in IT/Computing, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
