Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and determine root cause and corrective action using data from makes/models and diagnostic tools.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment/tools.
  • •Maintain accurate paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily, including work orders.
  • •Assist with equipment/parts pick-up and delivery and help train lower-level technicians as needed.
