Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales by sharing Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage with strong product knowledge.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service following the Levi’s Store selling model and deliver Mystery Shopper results.
  • •Promote and drive the Red Tab Membership Program and meet established store sales and KPI targets.
  • •Comply with store operating procedures including store opening/closing, cash handling, stock receiving, housekeeping, and replenishment.
  • •Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention programs, maintain visual presentation standards, and perform alterations.

Key Requirements

  • •At least an O’level qualification.
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts.
  • •Have a good command of English.
  • •Be passionate about retail and customer service.
  • •Be sales driven and comfortable working in an environment requiring standing, squatting, bending, and lifting.
