Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in the Levi’s store by using strong product knowledge and the brand’s history and heritage. Maintain visual standards, perform replenishment and security tagging, and carry out alterations as needed.

•Drive sales by sharing Levi Strauss & Company history and heritage and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
•Provide exceptional customer service following the selling model, including Mystery Shopper results and Red Tab Membership Program promotion.
•Meet established store sales and key performance indicators (KPI).
•Comply with store operating procedures (opening/closing, cash handling, stock receiving, housekeeping) and security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
•Maintain store appearance to visual presentation standards, perform replenishment/security tagging, and perform alterations.

•At least an O’level qualification.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts.
