Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client environments and challenges, using structured methods to discover, deliver, and implement solutions aligned to desired benefits and outcomes.
  • •Support development, implementation, and optimisation of PMO and controls & performance strategies, including functional set-up and optimisation.
  • •Define and write up reports that support findings and recommendations across different stages of client engagements.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with Sr. (C-suite) client representatives.
  • •Support delivery of business outcomes and contribute to programme advisory activities, including internal transformation products and bid/proposal efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • •Experience on major capital projects/programmes in one or more PMO/controls & performance roles (schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting) in infrastructure (e.g., defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities) or similar.
  • •Familiarity with supporting capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Ability to write and present reports and navigate complex stakeholder environments, engaging with C-suite level executive client teams as required.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and tools such as Visio and Miro, plus controls/performance software like Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI (or similar).
