Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational assessments, business process reviews, and discovery events to document current customer processes.
  • •Evaluate current business processes and recommend software configuration to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Facilitate business process reengineering, including workflow analysis and workshops to develop new processes aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Design training curriculum and instructional materials; deliver training and guide end-users through new software implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a public safety information technology environment.
  • •3+ years’ experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD-Computer Aided Dispatch, Record Management Systems, and Jail Applications.
  • •Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
  • •Self-motivated and able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
