  • •Lead Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts to address issues affecting program productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Provide customer support for Field Failure investigations and assess customer issues to develop resolutions aligned to Collins and customer objectives.
  • •Manage project schedule, budgets, and status by planning, directing, and overseeing Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities.
  • •Support production programs by preparing project estimates/plans, liaising with project management and production line management, and supporting quality investigations when piece-part issues affect deliveries.
