Job Summary

Responsible for delivering high-quality aviation ground operations training, ensuring compliance with GACAR regulations and TRSASC procedures. Leads classroom, practical, and on-the-job training, maintains audit-ready documentation, mentors staff, and updates training materials to reflect regulatory changes and operational needs across water aerodrome and airport environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and assess curricula in accordance with TRSASC Training Manual and GACAR regulations (Part 151, Part 68) ensuring trainees meet competency standards before operational duties.
•Conduct instructor-led courses, practical sessions, and OJT evaluations with accuracy and alignment to procedures and airline policies for water aerodrome and airport environments.
•Maintain audit-ready training documentation (attendance, assessment records, OJT checklists, training matrices, digital records) for internal audits and inspections.
•Mentor and coach staff, reinforcing safety culture, accountability, and continuous improvement across training and operations.
•Develop, revise, and improve training materials to reflect regulatory updates, new equipment, seasonal operations, and TRSASC strategic direction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Training & Development, Education, or a related field; OR Diploma/certificate in a relevant technical field with strong aviation training experience.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation ground operations training or equivalent.
•Proven experience conducting instructor-led courses and OJT evaluations.
•Demonstrated understanding of Airside/Landside Operations, Passenger & Baggage Handling, Ramp Safety, and Regulatory Compliance.
•Must maintain currency on all training material, operational procedures, and GACA/IATA standards relevant to the role.
