Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives, aligning deployments with ECIS and operational excellence objectives.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to execute automation and Industry 4.0 projects across OT/automation, IT, operational excellence, manufacturing, safety, quality, and technical services.
  • •Design data supply and hardware initiatives for Industry 4.0 tools and ensure cybersecurity compliance for deployed and new automation projects.
  • •Enforce machine connectivity and data acquisition activities, and implement machine guarding/electrical safety in new automation initiatives.
  • •Supervise automation technicians, develop and build new equipment and retrofits, manage capital plan/appropriation requests, and run factory acceptance tests (FAT) and PRO Launch activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanic, Mechatronic, Industrial) or related fields.
  • •Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in operations or automation.
  • •Strong background in automation, continuous improvement (CI), and Industry 4.0.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of electronic systems and industrial automation hardware (electrical cabinets, motors, PLCs, sensors).
  • •Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings (CAD) and knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, industrial networks, robotics, vision systems, and HMI.
