Tailor, Levi's Retail, Topanga Mall, Canoga Park, CA

Perform basic and technical tailoring and alteration services, including hemming, patch and repair, tapering, and other fit/appearance adjustments for garments. Provide excellent customer service to enhance clients’ experience, including support in selling floor and fitting room when needed. Use textiles and sewing/tailoring skills to complete repairs and appearance altering processes, and educate or train store teams on Tailor Shop offerings while complying with Levi’s policies.
