Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute store allocation and replenishment plans to ensure the right product, size, and quantity reach stores on time.
  • •Monitor sell-out performance and store-level sales/stock to identify overstock or stock-out risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Support markdown and price implementation (GMROI) across channels, ensuring alignment and on-time execution.
  • •Coordinate distribution center-to-store, store-to-store, and ship-from-store transfers to optimize stock levels.
  • •Maintain and update trading dashboards and weekly reports, and provide analytical support for trading decisions and meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or Supply Chain.
  • •2 years of experience in Retail Trading or Planning, preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • •Proven experience in data analysis, stock management, or allocation in a retail environment.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • •Advanced English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
