Job Summary

Assist seasoned Service Technicians with installing and repairing environmental control systems for customers in the field. You’ll help diagnose equipment issues, plan repairs, and coordinate on-site work by gathering materials and understanding requirements. Use blueprints and engineering specifications along with hand tools and cutting-edge technology. The role is part of a four-year nationally registered HVAC Technician Apprenticeship Program with mentors, training, and progression to HVAC Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in installing and repairing environmental control systems using refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and planning equipment repairs at customer locations.
•Coordinate with supervising field technician, project manager, and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations, including forecasting issues and gathering materials.
•Use cutting-edge software and technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company and procured assets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 13.87 - 24.27 hourly

Key Requirements

•No industry experience required.
•Technical school certificates and/or formal HVAC training/experience are not required but will be considered for proficiency and starting compensation.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
