Job Summary

Partner with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to control costs, improve factory performance, and support make-or-buy and CAPEX decisions using NPV/IRR analysis. Lead plant finance including overhead budgeting, product line analysis, and variance analysis of material and conversion costs. Optimize working capital and inventory metrics, manage inventory risk and reserves, and deliver monthly business and operations reviews with standardized reporting across manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain to control costs and improve asset efficiency and factory performance.
•Provide actionable financial insights to support make-or-buy decisions, supplier negotiations, logistics optimization, and CAPEX investments using NPV/IRR analysis.
•Manage plant finance including manufacturing overhead budgeting, product line analysis, and regional benchmarking.
•Perform variance analysis of actuals vs. budget for material and conversion costs, and oversee direct cost accounting and procurement controls including BOM setups in Oracle.
•Improve working capital and inventory performance by partnering with SCM on inventory turns/DIO, managing inventory risk and reserves, and leading liquidation and scrap management strategies.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years’ experience in financial/business analysis; CA, ACCA, or CIMA is preferred.
•Post graduate degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent education).
