Job Summary

Run day-to-day operations at the Carrollton, IL facility from 7a–4p M–F, including controlling load out, preparing trucks and railcars, and loading/unloading agricultural inputs. Use automated scale/dump systems, maintain equipment and quality of inventory, and keep work areas clean and safe while following all safety procedures. Deliver products to customer sites and report maintenance, safety, and customer concerns to your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out general labor and operations responsibilities promptly and efficiently under general supervision.
•Control and monitor load out functions, prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, and operate automated scale/dump systems.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment.
•Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks and seeps.
•Maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas, conduct grounds and warehouse maintenance, and promptly report customer complaints, repair needs, and safety concerns.

Key Requirements

•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
•Willingness to obtain a CDL license; agriculture experience and forklift certification are preferred.
