Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment to prepare coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind and measure coffee beans for freshness and consistency in flavor.
  • •Steam and froth milk to the desired texture and temperature, including latte art as requested.
  • •Take customer orders accurately, provide recommendations, answer questions, and process cash/card payments using POS/cash registers.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, restock supplies, and support smooth cafe operations during busy periods.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, with 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Ability to operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment and produce espresso-based drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato).
  • •Knowledge of coffee varieties, blends, brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to take orders, recommend menu items, and answer customer questions.
  • •Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent preparation (measurements, extraction times, and milk frothing) and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
