Job Summary

Partner with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements for o9 functionality, evaluate KPI impact, and lead end-to-end delivery from UAT through change management. Coordinate training, enablement, and stakeholder updates; drive implementation readiness and post-release validation, while leveraging AI/automation to accelerate delivery within a cross-functional supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements for new and enhanced o9 functionality; develop supporting process maps as needed.
•Evaluate how the recommended enhancements are expected to impact KPIs.
•Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new feature releases; document results and obtain release sign-off prior to production deployment.
•Develop and deliver change management plans for new o9 feature releases.
•Coordinate end-user enablement, including training schedules, training materials, hyper-care support, and desk-side pairing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,800 - 112,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in a demand planning and/or forecasting role.
•Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
•Experience with o9 Demand Planning (or similar forecasting/planning platforms) is preferred
