Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure carrier capacity across all Iberia lanes (contracted and spot market).
  • •Manage carrier performance across service, cost, compliance, and systems through regular reviews.
  • •Build and maintain carrier relationships at owner and director level, negotiating rates and capacity.
  • •Drive cost optimization initiatives and transport efficiency improvements across the network.
  • •Lead and develop a team supporting carrier management while partnering cross-functionally to deliver effective transport solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience in transportation and logistics, including transport or carrier management in complex, multi-site environments.
  • •Strong understanding of the Iberia carrier market and transport operations at scale.
