Manager, Carrier Management Iberia

Own CHEP’s carrier network across Iberia by ensuring capacity across contracted and spot lanes and managing carrier performance across service, cost, compliance, and systems. Build and negotiate carrier relationships, drive cost optimization and transport efficiency improvements, and monitor performance through regular reviews. Lead and develop a team of analysts and coordinators while partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial stakeholders to deliver high-performing transport solutions.
