Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a high level of sales and services of HSBC Amanah Wealth Management products based on needs based selling.
•Manage, acquire, grow and deepen High Net Worth customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
•Cross sell other products based on customer’s need.
•Provide after sales services to ensure consistent delivery of superior banking experience.

Key Requirements

•Strong sales and customer service orientation; able to work independently and stay motivated to achieve targets.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage High Net Worth clients.
•Good knowledge of Retail Banking and Wealth Management products and services; Unit Trust/Insurance license is essential.
•Minimum SPM qualification with 2 years of strong banking sales experience.
•Fluent in English and local languages; able to build long-term client relationships and cross-sell effectively.
