Key Responsibilities

•Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve best possible outcomes.
•Plan, prepare, and present curriculum-aligned sessions for the full ability range, including organizing resources and classroom displays.
•Assess and record student progress using Target Tracker, and use assessment data to inform planning and intervention.
•Manage classes effectively and follow the school’s behaviour policy, acting decisively when necessary and maintaining high expectations.
•Work with parents and school staff, communicating achievements and well-being using school systems such as CPOMS, and support events/outings and run a weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
•Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience.
•Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
•Demonstrate passion for teaching, commitment to educating the whole child, and a high level of professionalism and child well-being focus.
•Maintain a clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
