Drive sales and marketing of mortgage loan products by executing mortgage development and marketing plans to meet production goals. •Maintain thorough knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines used by Truist.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on their needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute Truist’s referral process by introducing mortgage clients to other bank solutions.
•Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up via quality control or post-closing review.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
