Job Summary

Lead HR solutions locally across Belgium and the Netherlands as a strategic HR partner, coordinating with COEs and global HRBPs to deliver business priorities. Own employee relations policies, investigate workplace conflict, and manage works council relationships. Support local talent activities and training delivery, provide mentorship to HR Solutions Partners, and drive DEIB integration, change management, and HR governance/compliance. Report to the Senior Director HR Solutions Europe.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with global HRBPs and COEs to deliver business priorities and support associates in countries of responsibility.
•Establish and administer HR policies governing the associate-employer relationship, including investigating workplace conflict and inappropriate conduct.
•Manage works council relationships.
•Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of HR Solutions Partners and foster a collaborative, high-performing HR team.
•Lead local talent activities (PMP and Compensation Planning), support trainings, drive DEIB integration, and manage change initiatives, governance, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
•Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
•Generous progressive HR experience with solid experience managing Employee Relations (required), including matrix-environment experience.
•Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is essential.
•Proficiency using Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW).
