Job Summary

Lead and coordinate the rollout of retail systems and store-operations projects across Asia (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan). Collaborate with Retail Ops, Technology, Training, and Country teams to translate requirements into store-ready solutions, manage end-to-end project activities, and drive adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development, implementation, and rollout of retail systems and retail projects across Asia markets
•Represent Retail Operations as a key contributor in cross-functional forums, ensuring projects support the overall retail operating model and strategy
•Act as a subject-matter representative for stores, ensuring store team and customer experience considerations are embedded into system and process design
•Drive successful project execution by aligning activities to agreed project plans, milestones, and timelines
•Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, and processes at store level

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
•4–7 years’ experience in project coordination, business project management, or retail systems roles
•Experience supporting retail operations or store systems projects is strongly preferred
•Familiarity with standard project management methodologies, tools, and delivery frameworks
•Exposure to omni-channel retail environments is an advantage
