Key Responsibilities

•Write retention email and SMS campaigns including subject lines, preview text, body copy, and CTAs.
•Develop full lifecycle flow sequences such as Welcome, Post-Purchase, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, and Win-Back.
•Create popup and landing page copy to support on-site capture.
•Work from strategist/project manager briefs and deliver copy in structured, template-ready formats for design handoff.
•Incorporate feedback and revise copy within team cycles while coordinating in Asana and Slack.
