Job Summary

Own the operational health, scale, and performance of partner card programs powered by Cards API. You’ll run post-launch BAU, monitor key program SLAs, troubleshoot incidents, handle disputes and chargebacks, coordinate with external vendors, and drive automation to reduce operational load. Partner with internal teams and support Customer Success escalations, including invoicing and generating ad-hoc operational reports for audits and stock requests.

•Maintain operational SLAs across card issuance, disputes, and schemes reporting.
•Build operational guides for managing Cards API physical card programs.
•Troubleshoot incidents, manage disputes & chargebacks, and handle partner/internal escalations.
•Coordinate with external vendors on Cards API program launches and remove operational bottlenecks.
•Own invoicing with Finance and internal teams, generate operational reports, and support BAU changes across Spend Ops dependencies.

Key Requirements

•3-4+ years in operations, technical account management, or product operations within payments, fintech, or card issuance.
•Independent operator who proactively spots operational anomalies/bottlenecks and drives resolutions end to end.
•Experience handling real-time incidents, escalations under pressure, and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
•Strong communication skills bridging external partners, account/commercial teams, and internal technical operations.
•Willingness to work across time zones (e.g., Singapore, Estonia).
