Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply and maintain metadata standards, naming conventions, and taxonomies to ensure digital assets are organized, searchable, and consistent across AEM and Workfront
  • •Manage the full lifecycle of assets, including ingestion, organization, distribution, publishing, and archiving, ensuring accessibility at all stages
  • •Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to support timely asset delivery and provide guidance on best practices
  • •Conduct audits and updates to maintain data integrity, rights management, compliance, and alignment with evolving taxonomy standards, including legacy content
  • •Support reporting and analytics by improving metadata quality, exporting data, and contributing to Power BI dashboards and insights

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in digital asset management, content management, or related discipline
  • •Strong understanding of information science principles, including metadata standards, taxonomy development, file naming conventions, and asset organization
  • •Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Power BI, and content management systems
  • •Familiarity with digital file formats that are commonly used in creative and design workflows
  • •Bachelor’s degree in library and information science, archival studies, or a related field
