Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-build agentic AI solutions that go live in production environments from day one with a delivery team.
  • •Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations) using Salesforce’s Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, from architectural choices to deployed, validated, and observable production systems.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines (including modeling, shipping, and validating outputs) and create performance dashboards for deployment health and KPIs.
  • •Collaborate with customers and partners on POCs/MVPs, and surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to expand.
  • •Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering, including understanding failures and how to iterate prompts.
