Job Summary

Join Zurich’s Grandes Empresas team in Catalunya and manage a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients. You will renew and grow the book by defining renewal conditions, negotiating terms, and coordinating with underwriting, brokerage and market teams to meet business plans. You’ll interact with mediators, analyze risk and opportunities, and support junior colleagues in a dynamic hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, defining renewal conditions and negotiating terms to meet plan targets.
•Interact with underwriting and market teams to analyze opportunities, review new business, retention, and loss ratios.
•Collaborate with mediators and territorial teams to manage pipeline and ensure attainment of business plans.
•Identify and leverage opportunities within the portfolio to grow new business and optimize risk management.
•Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues within the team and support cross-functional projects when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in ADE, Empresariales, Económicas, Ingeniería o equivalente.
•4-5 years of experience in commercial roles; ideally related to corporate risks.
•Experience in underwriting damages and general liability for mid-market (30-500M€ turnover).
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to interact with mediators and market teams.
•Results-driven with strong knowledge of the business, market dynamics, and renewal processes.
