•Lead, inspire, and develop a team of professionals specializing in mine water management.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of experience as an engineer, project manager, or people leader within the mining, water management, or a related engineering sector.
•Previous experience leading teams and managing professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
•Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.
•Experience collaborating on complex projects involving multiple technical disciplines.
•Fluency in French; bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
