Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize the setup and daily operation of the Bucharest Finance function, defining the long-term roadmap and advising leadership on financial and structural implications.
  • •Oversee enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring reporting integrity and adherence to accounting, statutory, and tax standards.
  • •Establish governance and internal controls to manage risk and regulatory compliance for operational stability across the Bucharest hub.
  • •Provide financial transparency to Bucharest leadership and HQ, evaluate business cases, and ensure disciplined capital allocation for the global Bucharest business case.
  • •Act as first point of contact for government grants and incentive programmes in the Bucharest market, ensuring timely internal and external reporting and data governance.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience, including 4–6 years in a leadership role within a Global Business Services (GBS) or centralized environment.
  • •Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • •Data-driven mindset to analyze metrics, ensure operational stability, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • •Proven experience ensuring statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance within a Romanian entity.
