Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owner’s Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management deliverables for large-scale capital programs and prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
  • •Interface with project stakeholders to provide guidance, recommendations, and trusted-advisor support.
  • •Perform schedule analysis, resource loading/leveling, consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS, and assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies; monitor schedule deviations/variances and produce progress reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and executive-level schedule communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •5–7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Direct experience working on complex matrix teams.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6, and strong scheduling/proj controls background delivering construction project control services.
  • •Certification Requirements: AACE Certification (preferred); also preferred experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheets.
