Key Responsibilities

•Handle tickets and support requests from merchants, translating issues into actionable technical solutions.
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to respond to merchant requests and improve the support experience.
•Create high-quality documentation for merchants and internal teams to ease onboarding and troubleshooting.
•Conduct quality assurance and mentor junior team members to raise overall support maturity.
•Represent customers internally as the Voice of Customer, prioritizing tasks based on feedback and business impact.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a complex API product, ideally in payments or B2B.
•Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and create clear, user-friendly documentation.

•Experience with On-Call and Incident Management processes and drafting Status Page updates (preferred).
•Understanding of software testing and the end-to-end development lifecycle (design, development, deployment).
