Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients, handling inquiries and supporting renewal strategy discussions.
  • •Manage issuance, renewal, and maintenance of medical professional liability policies, including review of documents, endorsements, and binders.
  • •Maintain accurate provider roster records by processing provider additions/terminations and demographic updates, validating licensure information.
  • •Administer Patient Compensation Fund (PCF) enrollment and renewals, including compliance with filing requirements and surcharge payment reconciliation.
  • •Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and evidence of coverage documents, and support premium billing inquiries and related payments.
