•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams to identify and close execution gaps.

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writer and structured thinker with strong follow-through.
•Able to work directly with senior leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
