Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with GPOD, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and Retail Training & Development to design solutions for corporate and store leadership teams.
  • •Support current and future manager development programs and facilitate classroom and virtual sessions for individuals and teams.
  • •Manage and deliver learning interventions, including eLearning, micro solutions, and AI-enabled learning where applicable.
  • •Own and support organizational development and change management curricula; design and facilitate additional OD initiatives.
  • •Measure initiative impact and align global People & Organizational Development efforts across regional partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in training and/or organizational development (OD) and change management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Working knowledge of learning & development trends and organization effectiveness leading practices.
  • •Ability to engage with a variety of levels and global partners, including senior leaders.
  • •Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus).
