Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own a client’s Social Value framework at regional or project level, setting priorities and actions.
  • •Undertake local needs analyses to understand community challenges and translate them into delivery approaches.
  • •Co-create bespoke Social Value plans for projects with relevant stakeholders.
  • •Work with Project Directors and the wider team to ensure social value commitments are understood and resourced.
  • •Deliver, measure, and report social value against client KPIs and provide expert advice to optimize benefits.
