Job Summary

Act as first point of contact for Trade Finance customers, handling inquiries with timely, accurate responses and a customer-first approach. Perform daily reconciliation of financial entries to bank GL and customer/cardholder accounts, including daily general ledger posting and Interchange Settlement processing. Resolve customer issues (repayments, disputed transactions, billing) and reconcile interchange settlement from Visa/MasterCard and wallet fees. Help improve processes by identifying solutions and supporting UAT for system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as first point of contact for Trade Finance customers and manage customer inquiries with timely and accurate solutions.
•Process daily reconciliation of financial entries to bank GL, cardholder accounts, and customer accounts per procedures and service standards.
•Pass daily general ledger entries, including those arising from daily reconciliation and Interchange Settlement processing.
•Resolve customer issues/enquiries related to cardholder repayments, disputed transactions, and cardholder billing; feed channel feedback into process improvements.
•Reconcile daily Interchange Settlement (Visa/MasterCard and wallet fees), ensure correct debits/credits, and support process improvements with UAT of system enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
•4-5 years in Trade Finance Operations OR Trade Customer Service.
•Strong communication skills to convey information verbally and in writing.
•Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and delivering practical solutions.
•Customer-centric mindset and strong negotiation skills to manage discussions and handle objections.
