2026 Fall Process Integration Engineer Co-op (Cambridge, MA)

Join Applied Materials’ Integrated Materials Solution Group for a fall 2026 co-op (6+ months) focused on process integration for novel semiconductor/advanced wafer-level heterogeneous integration technologies. You’ll help fabricate proof-of-concept devices, perform wafer processing and metrology, analyze physical and electrical data, and support small development projects. The role also supports process integration engineering through procurement, shipping, and inventory functions, working onsite in the Cambridge/Hudson, MA area.
