Job Summary

Assess client insurance needs and craft solutions by negotiating with insurance carriers to secure coverage aligned with client interests. Manage and analyze complex insurance contract concepts across Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Crime, Fiduciary Liability, and Kidnap/Ransom. Deliver renewal strategies and market insights through client and prospect presentations, strengthen broker relationships, and coordinate claims and legal advocacy support within Aon’s Financial Services Group.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess client needs and craft insurance coverage solutions in the client’s best interests.
•Negotiate with insurance carriers to acquire coverage and secure optimal broking results.
•Analyze and present sophisticated insurance contract concepts and renewal strategies.
•Maintain relationships with external clients and prospects, and build internal relationships across Aon teams.
•Develop and deliver client and prospect presentations and coordinate claims/legal advocacy support when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in brokering, underwriting, and/or other relevant executive liability experience.

•Property & Casualty license required within 6 months of hire date.
•Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of industry experience.
