Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
  • •File SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for escalated activity involving internal teams, external partners, and third parties including Law Enforcement.
  • •Maintain service levels with workload in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • •Answer inbound and outbound calls to support servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
  • •Maintain production, quality, and leadership standards for assigned workstreams.
