Key Responsibilities

  • •Own leadership development end-to-end from experience design through measurable, lasting behavior change across global initiatives.
  • •Lead complex, global development programs through diagnosis, design, delivery, and impact measurement.
  • •Manage multiple workstreams, internal partners, and dependencies to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
  • •Ensure development experiences are aligned to business priorities and translate into sustained leadership capability and behavior change.
  • •Collaborate with business partners to diagnose challenges, identify root causes, and define meaningful interventions while connecting Talent Development with broader people strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing intricate, worldwide programs from strategy through implementation within HR, Consulting, or Change Leadership contexts.
  • •Proven program management abilities, directing complex, global initiatives with multiple contributors and interdependencies from inception to completion.
  • •Strong consulting approach with the ability to diagnose problems and build practical, scalable solutions.
  • •Demonstrated skill in influencing and establishing trust with teams from various departments.
  • •Strong facilitation skills and a data-driven approach to measure outcomes and drive improvements.
