Commis Chef

Work as part of the kitchen brigade in the catering team at Odney Club, helping deliver first-class meals for Partners and guests. Support the Head/Sous Chef with planning, food production, and service to agreed presentation standards, while meeting legislative requirements including allergens. Maintain daily compliance by checking food safety records, fridge temperatures, and cleaning schedules, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
