Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement an integrated clinical risk management framework aligned to hospital mission, MoPH standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • •Support the Department Director with plans to measure, monitor, and improve outcomes including incident reporting, sentinel events, clinical complaints, and case reviews.
  • •Lead system-level taskforces to develop and align clinical risk management initiatives and set KPIs for compliance across the group.
  • •Monitor clinical risk data and generate statistical reports to identify patterns, process deficiencies, and improvement actions.
  • •Recommend and lead clinical risk audits and performance improvement projects based on clinical risk data and benchmark against international best practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Healthcare Risk Management.
  • •5 years of managerial experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and risk assessment/control.
  • •Experience with auditing and reporting procedures.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in GCC (preferred).
