Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests across Tether teams.
  • •Scope and triage requests by deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
  • •Brief designers with unambiguous specs and manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across teams and deadlines.
  • •Perform QA for print and digital deliverables, validating brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs.
  • •Document and maintain event assets/briefs/deliverables in a shared drive, coordinate with vendors/partners, and proactively surface risks and bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
  • •Proven experience managing print and digital production processes, including dielines, safe areas, and RGB vs. print constraints.
  • •Strong organizational and multitasking skills for several concurrent cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
  • •Sharp attention to detail and ability to serve as the last line of defense before deliverables ship.
  • •Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish/Italian is a plus.
